UgoingViral is a social media automation platform offering AI content generation, video creation, automated posting, and analytics across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable. 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Cancellation retains access until end of billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate laws, violate social media platform terms, post spam or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Social Media Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with connected platform terms of service. We are not liable for account suspensions resulting from automation use.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI content, or specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

NexCore Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed 3 months of your subscription fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
